Project & Maintenance Co-ordinator (1-Year Maternity Cover)

We are looking for an organised and proactive Project & Maintenance Co-ordinator to join our team on a 1-year maternity cover.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule planned and reactive maintenance for subcontractors and operatives.
  • Manage property maintenance contracts and renewals.
  • Liaise with clients and contractors, handling queries and scheduling access.
  • Track job progress, update logs, and keep clients informed.
  • Prepare quotations, raise purchase orders, and chase invoices.
  • General admin, including updating databases and assisting with small projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience in maintenance, construction, or property sectors.
  • Strong customer service and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

  • Construction industry experience is a plus.
