Bid Writer & Project Coordinator – Construction | London – Hybrid

I’m working with a well-established construction business renowned for delivering high-quality building solutions across a diverse range of commercial and residential projects throughout the UK and internationally. With specialisms spanning interior fit-outs, bespoke building systems, and complex building envelope solutions (including drylining and facades), they offer clients a full-service approach from design through to delivery.

Due to continued growth, they’re now looking for a Bid Writer & Project Coordinator to join their team in London.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys producing compelling, client-focused proposals.

In this role, you’ll be:

  • Writing and editing bid and tender documents

  • Collaborating with estimators, technical experts, and project managers

  • Researching clients and competitors to support strategic bid decisions

  • Assisting with project coordination alongside the delivery team

  • Managing a content library including case studies and reusable templates

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in bid writing, ideally within construction or the built environment

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and liaise across departments

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign
