Your Starting Role: Resourcer

As a resourcer, you’ll be the engine behind our delivery. You’ll learn the ropes from the ground up, working closely with experienced consultants and building the essential skills needed for long-term success in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates for live construction & M&E roles (via job boards, social media, calls)
  • Register, screen, and build relationships with skilled operatives
  • Manage compliance documents and ensure right-to-work checks are complete
  • Match candidates to roles and support the wider team on placements
  • Provide administrative and operational support to keep everything running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

  • Some resourcing / recruitment experience within the construction industry.
  • Great phone manner and confident communication skills
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Team player with a proactive, positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment

Progression: Become a Labour Manager

With the right attitude and performance, you’ll have the opportunity to step up into a Labour Manager position – leading your own resourcing team and taking full ownership of candidate delivery and client service.

As a Labour Manager, You’ll Be:

  • Managing a team of Resourcers and overseeing job fulfilment end-to-end
  • Conducting regular coaching, training, and performance reviews
  • Monitoring KPIs like candidate sourcing, compliance, and delivery metrics
  • Driving excellence in client service, communication, and issue resolution
  • Controlling costs and improving margin.
  • Working closely with the Operations Directors to scale the function

Ideal Candidate for Leadership:

  • Experience in Trades & Labour or Labour Management recruitment
  • A natural leader who can mentor, coach, and motivate others
  • Commercially aware and results-focused
  • Organised, resilient, and proactive in solving problems
