💰 Salary: £85,000-£100,000 (Permanent) / £400-£500 per day (Ltd Company Contract)


About Us:

TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting A Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor for a leading M&E Contractor delivering high-profile Mechanical & Electrical projects across the commercial and residential sectors. With a project portfolio ranging from £5m to £50m (M&E value), they are continuing to grow and are now looking for a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic commercial team.


The Role:

As a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the successful commercial delivery of major M&E projects from start to finish. You’ll be joining a well-established team with a strong pipeline of work, overseeing financial management, cost control, and contractual matters across multiple projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial and contractual oversight on M&E packages up to £50m

  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and final accounts

  • Manage sub-contractor accounts, payments, and variations

  • Produce detailed cost reports and valuations

  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure commercial goals are met

  • Ensure compliance with contractual and legal obligations


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the M&E sector

  • Proven track record on commercial and/or residential projects

  • Experience working on M&E packages over £5m in value

  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

  • HNC (or higher) qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or a related discipline (preferred)

  • Based in or able to commute daily to London

  • Right to work in the UK
