Design Manager – Major Infrastructure (Sellafield)

Location: Sellafield, Cumbria
Salary: circa ~£65,000-£75,000 + package
Job Type: Permanent

TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting a Design Manager to support a major infrastructure upgrade programme at Sellafield, working with a leading Tier-1 contractor.

This is a key role managing the design process across complex civils packages within a highly regulated nuclear environment, ensuring coordination, compliance and buildability throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design process across multiple work packages
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and stakeholders
• Review and manage design deliverables, ensuring quality and compliance
• Manage RFIs, design queries and change control
• Ensure designs are aligned with programme, cost and buildability

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Design Manager within civils or infrastructure
• Strong understanding of design coordination and delivery
• Experience working with Tier-1 contractors on major projects
• Familiarity with NEC contracts and regulated environments
• Degree qualified (or equivalent)
