TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting an experienced Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) to support a major tunnelling and heavy civils package on a high-profile infrastructure project.

This role will be based on a complex tunnels and shafts environment, involving TBM works, SCL tunnels, and associated civils packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate all Temporary Works activities on site
  • Ensure compliance with BS 5975, CDM 2015 and project procedures
  • Liaise with designers, checkers and site teams on design briefs and risk categorisation
  • Manage Temporary Works Supervisors (TWS) and site engineers
  • Review, approve and manage TW designs, checks and documentation
  • Issue Permits to Load / Proceed and oversee TW implementation & removal
  • Monitor inspections, maintenance and compliance throughout lifecycle
  • Provide technical briefings on design constraints, risks and methodology

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a TWC on major civils / tunnelling projects
  • Strong knowledge of BS 5975 and Temporary Works procedures
  • Civil/Structural Engineering qualification (HNC/HND minimum)
  • TWCTC, SMSTS, CSCS
  • Experience in high-risk, complex construction environments
