Growing London fit out contractor seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, delivering commercial interiors and refurbishment projects across the capital.

Duties:

• Assisting with cost plans and valuations
• Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
• Variations and change control
• Cost reporting and final accounts
• Supporting Senior QS on live projects

Requirements:

• 3+ years QS experience
• Fit out / construction experience preferred
• Relevant qualification desirable
• Strong communication and commercial skills
