Planner – Commercial Fit Out & Refurbishment

Location: London Bridge Office & Site Travel Across London
Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 DOE
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Tribuild Solutions are recruiting for a Planner to join a leading contractor delivering high-profile commercial office fit-out, CAT A refurbishment, and Cut & Carve projects across London.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and managing project programmes, ensuring successful delivery across multiple schemes. Working closely with project teams, you will provide planning support from pre-construction through to project completion.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Planner within the construction industry.
• Strong background working for a main contractor delivering commercial office fit-out, refurbishment, or Cut & Carve projects.
• Proficient in Asta Powerproject and Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, programme management, and project delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
