Tribuild is recruiting an experienced Construction Manager to join the delivery team on a major £22m retrofit project in Central London.

You’ll play a key role in managing the day-to-day construction activities on site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing site operations and subcontractors
• Coordinating trades and sequencing works
• Monitoring programme and progress
• Maintaining high health & safety standards
• Managing quality and snagging
• Working closely with Project Managers and technical teams
• Identifying and resolving site issues before they impact delivery

Previous experience delivering complex refurbishment, retrofit or commercial construction projects is highly desirable.

Salary: £65k-£85k, dependent on experience.
