Site Manager – Leisure Refurbishment

Location: Gainsborough, Lincolnshire
Duration: 32 weeks
Start Date: 1st February 2027

TRIbuild Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 32-week leisure refurbishment project in Gainsborough, starting on 1st February 2027.

We are ideally looking for a locally based Site Manager of the project, as supporting local labour is a key priority for our client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day running of the refurbishment project.

• Reviewing RAMS and ensuring all works are carried out safely and in line with site requirements.

• Overseeing materials management and coordinating site activities.

• Managing temporary works requirements and maintaining health and safety standards.

• Acting as a key point of contact for the client and maintaining strong working relationships.

• Ensuring the project runs efficiently and remains on schedule.

Requirements:

• SMSTS

• First Aid

• Temporary Works Awareness

• Asbestos Awareness

• Materials Management experience

• Experience reviewing RAMS

• Strong client-facing and communication skills

• Experience using Procore would be advantageous.

A CSCS card is not essential for this position.
