BIM Coordinator

We are recruiting for a BIM Coordinator to join a growing contractor based in Hertfordshire delivering industrial, logistics and data centre projects across the South. This is a key role created due to project growth and ongoing investment in expanding the digital delivery department.

The BIM Coordinator will work closely with project teams, supporting digital design workflows, coordinating model information and ensuring delivery aligns with project requirements and industry standards. The position offers strong exposure to major projects, with regular collaboration across internal teams and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities
* Support BIM delivery across industrial, logistics and data centre schemes
* Coordinate models and design information using Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360 / ACC
* Assist in producing and maintaining BIM documentation including model audits and clash reviews
* Work closely with project teams, including 1 to 2 site visits per week
* Liaise with external consultants to ensure coordinated and accurate information
* Contribute to the ongoing development of the digital engineering function

Experience Required
* Strong working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360 / ACC
* Experience within a contractor, design consultancy or specialist subcontractor
* Understanding of BIM processes and standards, ideally including ISO 19650
* Good coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple project stakeholders
* Experience in industrial, logistics or data centre projects is beneficial but not essential
