Tribuild is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join the team on an £8m landlord CAT A project in Holborn.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially strong individual with experience delivering high-quality commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects in Central London.

The role will include:

• Taking commercial responsibility for the project
• Managing procurement and subcontractor packages
• Cost reporting, forecasting and cash flow management
• Managing variations and change control
• Working closely with the project and construction teams
• Maintaining strong client and supply-chain relationships
• Driving commercial performance through to final account

We’re looking for someone with a strong main contractor or fit-out background and demonstrable experience managing projects of a similar scale.

Salary: £80k-£100k, dependent on experience.
