Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the commercial and contractual management of RC Frame and Rail projects
• Oversee cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Manage contract negotiations and client relationships
• Work closely with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Identify and mitigate risks while maximising commercial opportunities

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager within RC Frame and Rail projects
• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost management, and project financials
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
