We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finishing Foreman to oversee high-specification joinery projects across North West London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy team delivering premium residential and bespoke interior projects, where quality and attention to detail are key.

The ideal candidate will have:
✔ A strong background in joinery
✔ Proven experience in a Finishing Foreman or similar supervisory role
✔ A sharp eye for detail and high-end finishes
✔ The ability to manage trades and maintain programme deadlines
✔ Strong organisational and communication skills

You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional finishing standards on site, coordinating trades effectively, and ensuring projects run smoothly through to completion.
