We are looking for an experienced Handyman to join a busy construction site in Virginia Water to provide holiday cover until 31st August 2026.

The successful candidate will be carrying out a variety of site maintenance and finishing tasks, so we are looking for someone who is versatile and happy to undertake a range of duties.

Duties include:

• Basic Carpentry and joinery works
• Painting and making good
• Installation and maintenance of site protection
• Installation and maintenance of site signage
• Builder’s Work in Connection (BWIC)
• Grouting works
• Minor concrete works, including small pours and breaking out
• HERAS fencing and hoarding repairs
• Barrier installation and maintenance
• General construction site maintenance

Requirements:

• Proven carpentry or handyman experience on construction sites
• Valid CSCS Card
• Own tools preferred
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential due to site location)
• Reliable and able to work independently
