M&E Quality Assurance Manager – Central London
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + package or £280 – £325 per day (Freelance)

Are you an experienced M&E professional with a passion for quality and detail? Our client, a well-established and growing M&E Contractor, is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and enhance quality standards across multiple high-profile projects in Central London.

About the Role

You will be responsible for ensuring that mechanical and electrical installations meet the highest quality standards across a range of residential and commercial developments. You’ll work closely with site teams, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with design, specification, and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC processes and documentation

• Conduct regular inspections and audits on M&E installations

• Report on quality performance and advise on improvements

• Review method statements and test packs

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors regarding quality matters

• Ensure adherence to relevant British Standards and Building Regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in M&E supervision or QA management

• Relevant Mechanical or Electrical qualifications (HNC/HND or equivalent preferred)

• Strong understanding of M&E systems within residential and commercial sectors

• Excellent communication and report-writing skills

• Proven track record of managing quality on large-scale projects
