Job Title: Project Manager – New Build Theatre

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the £25m new build theatre project in Kent. As part of a dynamic construction team, you will be responsible for managing the project from inception to completion, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day management of the project, coordinating teams and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and quality standards.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., degree in Construction Management or equivalent).
