Project Manager – Commercial Fit-Out
Location: London
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 DOE

A leading London fit-out contractor is seeking a Project Manager to deliver Cat A, Cat B, D&B and Cut & Carve commercial fit-out projects from pre-construction through to handover. You will be responsible for programme, budget, quality and stakeholder management on fast-paced office schemes across London.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within a fit-out or main contractor environment

• Strong delivery background across Cat A & Cat B commercial fit-out projects

• Experience managing D&B and Cut & Carve refurbishment schemes

• Must have worked with Tier 1 main contractors (no subcontractor-only backgrounds)

• Excellent programme management, leadership and client-facing skills

• Degree qualified or equivalent (desirable)
