Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Fit Out

Tribuild are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager or Project Manager for a £6.1m commercial fit-out project based in High Holborn.

Project details:

• Commercial office fit out

• Scope includes reception fit-out, WC areas, washrooms, and façade works

• 38-week program

• Live project – replacing the current Project Manager who is moving onto another site

Day rate:

• £350 – £400 per day, depending on experience

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects

• Strong program management and stakeholder coordination skills

• Ability to take over a live site and drive the project through to completion
