Job Title: PTS Civils Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced PTS Civils Supervisor with a valid COSS (Controller of Site Safety) certificate for an ongoing civil and rail project in Hounslow. This is a long-term opportunity with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site civil works, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency

• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and ensure work is delivered to programme

• Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and daily site inspections

• Ensure compliance with Network Rail standards and site-specific procedures

• Maintain detailed site records and communicate effectively with engineers and management

Requirements:

• Valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) – essential

• Valid COSS (Controller of Site Safety) certification – essential

• SSSTS or SMSTS – preferred

• Airside Pass – highly desirable

• Previous experience in civil engineering within a rail environment

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Right to work in the UK
