Location: Old Trafford, Manchester
Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 + Benefits

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a civil engineering and utilities contractor delivering projects across the North West. You’ll support the commercial function on a range of infrastructure schemes, typically valued between £200k and £10m+.

The role will involve managing subcontractors, cost reporting, applications for payment, and ensuring projects remain commercially robust. You’ll also liaise closely with clients and site teams, providing accurate forecasting and financial planning support.

We’re looking for someone with experience in civil engineering or utilities, ideally degree qualified (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying, with strong NEC/ICE contract knowledge. In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary, pension, healthcare, and excellent career progression opportunities.
