ABOUT THE ROLE – Quantity Surveyor – Joinery

Our client is seeking a highly capable and trustworthy Quantity Surveyor with experience in Super Prime projects. Expertise in Bespoke Joinery & Carpentry is required, and a solid grasp of the industry is beneficial. Key responsibilities include managing risk, controlling costs, advising on procurement strategies, and developing solutions to commercial risks.

REQUIREMENTS – Quantity Surveyor – Joinery

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the Super Prime Residential sector and proven experience in estimating. Competence with the Microsoft Office Suite is necessary, along with the ability to work independently. A varied background will be an asset, providing a deeper understanding of the role’s full scope.
