Senior Construction Manager – Commercial Fit-Out
Location: London
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 DOE

A leading London fit-out contractor is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to deliver Cat A, Cat B, D&B and Cut & Carve commercial projects. You will oversee site delivery from pre-construction through to handover, managing programmes, H&S, quality, logistics and client coordination on fast-track office fit-outs.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Construction Manager within a fit-out contractor

• Strong delivery background across Cat A & Cat B office fit-out projects

• Experience on D&B and Cut & Carve refurbishments

• Must have worked directly with Tier 1 main contractors (no subcontractor-only backgrounds)

• Excellent leadership, programme management and stakeholder skills

• SMSTS & CSCS required
