Senior Estimator – Major Infrastructure (Sellafield)

Location: Sellafield, Cumbria
Salary: circa ~£70-80,000 + package
Job Type: Permanent

TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting a Senior Estimator to support a major infrastructure upgrade programme at Sellafield, working with a leading Tier-1 contractor.

This is a key role within the pre-construction team, responsible for leading estimates across complex civils and infrastructure packages within a highly regulated nuclear environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and prepare detailed cost estimates for major infrastructure works
• Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation
• Engage with supply chain to obtain accurate pricing
• Identify risks, opportunities and value engineering options
• Support bid submissions and commercial strategy

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator/Senior Estimator within civils or infrastructure
• Strong understanding of NEC contracts and pricing structures
• Experience on major projects or regulated environments
• Excellent analytical and commercial skills
