A leading fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver a high-profile £9M CAT B commercial fit-out project in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong pipeline of work.

The Role:
You will take full ownership of a £9M CAT B fit-out project, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients and will lead site teams to successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Ensure health & safety compliance across site
• Monitor programme, budget, and quality standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on CAT A/B fit-out projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• SMSTS and CSCS certification (essential)
• Construction-related degree (preferred, not essential)
