Senior Quantity Surveyor – EV Infrastructure
Location: Liverpool

I’m currently working with a leading infrastructure provider that is playing a key role in delivering sustainable EV solutions across the UK. They are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Bootle and support the commercial delivery of key energy sector projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in civils, utilities, or power who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to be part of a forward-thinking business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a multidisciplinary team across the full commercial lifecycle

  • Manage subcontractor accounts, variations, valuations, and cost forecasting

  • Ensure compliance with NEC contracts and internal commercial procedures

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Contribute to a commercially viable pipeline of work

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Quantity Surveying experience

  • Strong background in civils, utilities, or infrastructure

  • Proven experience with NEC contracts

  • Subcontractor management and commercial reporting experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems such as Oracle

  • Good understanding of CDM Regulations and Health & Safety practices
