Senior Quantity Surveyor – Major Infrastructure (Sellafield)

Location: Sellafield, Cumbria
Salary: Circa £70,000 – £80,000 + package

About the Role
TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a major infrastructure upgrade programme at Sellafield, working with a leading Tier-1 contractor.

This is a key commercial role within the project team, responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of complex civils and infrastructure packages within a highly regulated nuclear environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of major infrastructure works from award through to final account
• Prepare and manage valuations, cost reports and forecasts
• Manage subcontractor and supply chain packages, including procurement and payments
• Administer change control, variations and compensation events
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities and support their resolution
• Support the project team with commercial strategy and reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within civils or infrastructure
• Strong understanding of NEC contracts
• Experience on major projects or within regulated environments
• Excellent analytical, commercial and communication skills
