TriBuild are looking for a Senior Technical Services Manager to join a growing and highly respected construction business delivering major projects across London.

This is a newly created position due to continued expansion, offering the opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of complex construction projects. Working closely with the Head of Technical Services, you will oversee the coordination and management of technical building services from pre-construction through to project completion.

The Role:

• Lead the technical services delivery across multiple projects.
• Manage MEP coordination and technical design reviews.
• Work closely with project, design and commercial teams.
• Drive quality, compliance and programme objectives.
• Ensure successful project delivery from conception through to handover.
