Location: Projects across London, Home Counties, Cambridge, Oxford, and the Midlands
Company: TRIbuild Solutions on behalf of our client specialising in commercial, industrial, and specialist sector fit-outs and refurbishments
Salary: £60,000
About the Role:
We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee projects ranging from straightforward office fit-outs to extensive refurbishment work.
Requirements:
- Certifications: SMSTS, CSCS Card, and full PPE
- Experience: Proven management background in Fit-Out, Refurbishment, Commercial, and Industrial sectors
- References: Required
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals
- Oversee project execution, ensuring budget and schedule adherence
- Create and manage project schedules for timely resource and material availability
- Organise daily site tasks, labour, and materials logistics
- Prepare site reports and conduct regular meetings with clients and suppliers
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance and manage site inspections
- Develop and oversee Construction Health & Safety Plans
- Manage on-site trades, upholding quality standards and site cleanliness
- Maintain documentation, ensuring insurance and ISO compliance
- Use construction software to improve workflow
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including the public
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed
