📍 Location: Various sites within the M25
💼 Job Type: Full-time
⏰ Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (8 hours paid per day)
💰 Salary: £50k – £60k depending on experience + Bonus Schemes

About Us

TRIbuild Solutions is looking for a skilled Construction Site Manager with experience in Commercial Refurbishment or Industrial CAT A & CAT B projects. This is an excellent opportunity to manage high-quality Fit Out projects across sites within the M25.

Role Overview

As a Construction Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will oversee site operations, coordinate teams, and enforce safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
✅ Liaise with architects, engineers, buyers, and subcontractors.
✅ Plan and organise materials, labour, and equipment for smooth workflow.
✅ Enforce health & safety regulations (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001), including risk management.
✅ Maintain quality standards and ensure all work meets client specifications.
✅ Keep detailed site records, manage diaries, and report progress.
✅ Use construction management software to streamline operations.

What We’re Looking For

🔹 Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager in Commercial Refurbishment or Industrial CAT A & CAT B projects.
🔹 Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and compliance regulations.
🔹 Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
🔹 Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional weekends.
