We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected developer for an upcoming 12-unit residential new-build scheme. The project will utilise Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) construction, so proven experience in this method is a must.

They are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead this project.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations on a 12-home SIPs new-build scheme
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, quality control and H&S compliance
• Maintain strong communication with the project team and stakeholders
• Ensure the build meets the company’s high standards throughout

Requirements

• Proven Site Management experience on SIP construction projects
• Track record delivering residential new-build schemes
• Strong leadership, organisation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to drive quality, safety and programme performance
