Site Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee cladding remediation works on high-rise residential buildings. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and proven experience managing similar projects involving combustible materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cladding remediation works on high-rise buildings
• Manage site teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification
• Oversee full strip-out of external wall insulation (EWI) systems and associated materials
• Ensure safe removal of combustible materials in compliance with regulations
• Monitor quality control and ensure adherence to project specifications
• Liaise with site management, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate site records and reports
• Ensure strict compliance with health & safety standards

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience supervising cladding remediation projects on high-rise buildings
• Demonstrable experience working with combustible materials
• Strong understanding of EWI systems and façade construction
• Valid CSCS card (Supervisor level or above)
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Desirable

• Experience using Field View (site management software)
• First Aid certification
• Fire safety / façade remediation training
