Site Supervisor – SSSTS & EUSR SHEA Gas trained
Location: Chelmsford, Essex.
Pay rate: £300/day, CIS
Job Type: Contract (7-8 months)
Start Date: Monday 2nd June 2025
(EUSR SHEA Gas Training can be arranged pre-start if required)

TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a tier-1 civils and energy contractor for a Site Supervisor to oversee the safe and efficient delivery of civil construction works on a safety-critical Gas site in Chelmsford, Essex.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced supervisor with a strong background in civils, who is passionate about safety and high-quality project delivery in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety and productivity.

  • Coordinating subcontractors, plant, and materials.

  • Enforcing site health & safety policies and procedures.

  • Monitoring progress against programme and reporting to site management.

  • Ensuring works are carried out to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Requirements:

  • CSCS Card – valid and relevant to role.

  • SSSTS or SMSTS

  • EUSR SHEA Gasmust be held OR willing to undertake training prior to start date (we can assist with arranging this).

  • Proven experience supervising civil works on utility or energy sector sites – ideally gas-related.

  • Strong understanding of health & safety regulations on safety-critical infrastructure projects.
