Sub Agent – Major Infrastructure (Sellafield)

Location: Sellafield, Cumbria
Salary: Circa £55,000 – £60,000 + package
Job Type: Permanent

About the Role
TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting a Sub Agent to support a major infrastructure upgrade programme at Sellafield, working with a leading Tier-1 contractor.

This is a key site-based role within the delivery team, responsible for managing the day-to-day construction of complex civils and infrastructure packages within a highly regulated nuclear environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site operations to deliver works safely, on programme and to budget
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and supply chain
• Plan and monitor short-term programmes and resource requirements
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards
• Oversee quality control, inspections and handover documentation
• Liaise with the client, designers and wider project team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sub Agent or Senior Site Engineer progressing to Sub Agent within civils or infrastructure
• Sound understanding of NEC contracts
• Experience on major projects or within regulated environments
• SMSTS and CSCS (or equivalent)
• Strong leadership, planning and communication skills
