What you’ll do:

• Learn the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing candidates to managing client relationships
• Speak with clients to understand their hiring needs
• Proactively source, interview, and match candidates to suitable roles
• Build and manage your own network of clients and candidates
• Achieve targets and earn uncapped commission on successful placements

What we’re looking for:

• A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Previous sales, customer service, or telesales experience is a bonus – but not essential
• Recent graduates or individuals seeking a career change are encouraged to apply
