Technical Services Manager (TSM)

Location: London
Project: Cut & Carve Refurbishment Scheme

We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to join the project team on a major London-based cut & carve development. The successful candidate will lead the coordination and delivery of all technical and MEP services, ensuring design, programme, quality, and compliance requirements are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate MEP design, installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Lead design coordination between consultants, subcontractors, and the site team.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and design information.
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, client requirements, and project standards.
• Support procurement, programme management, and technical risk mitigation.
• Coordinate interfaces between existing structures and new-build elements.
• Drive quality assurance and successful project handover.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Services Manager or Building Services Manager on major construction projects.
• Experience delivering refurbishment and/or cut & carve projects in London.
• Strong understanding of MEP services and design coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant construction or engineering qualification preferred.
