Working Foreman (Social Housing Projects)
Location: Upcoming projects in Hackney & Dagenham (Candidates based in the South East preferred)
Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (8 paid hours per day)
Start Date: June
Position: Permanent
Rate: Negotiable, depending on experience

TRIbuild Solutions are currently recruiting for a Working Foreman on behalf of a well-established company specialising in quality social housing developments of up to 45 units, covering both internal and external works.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid SMSTS certification

• Previous experience as a working foreman on residential projects

• Willing and able to carry out hands-on tasks, including general handyman duties

• Ideally located in the South East, with upcoming projects in Hackney and Dagenham
